Coastal Tide Escapes — Golf Cart Rental Agreement

By signing this agreement, the renter ("Guest") agrees to the following terms and conditions for the rental of the 6-seater street-legal golf cart provided by Coastal Tide Escapes, LLC ("Owner"):

1. Eligibility & Operation

• The Guest must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart.
• The golf cart may only be operated by the named Guest or other licensed adults listed at check-in.
• The cart is street-legal and must be operated in accordance with all applicable Florida traffic laws.
• No operation on beaches, sand, or off-road terrain.
• No more than 6 passengers at any time.
• Alcohol consumption while operating the golf cart is strictly prohibited.

2. Responsibility & Liability

• The Guest assumes full responsibility for the golf cart during the rental period.
• Any damage to the cart beyond normal wear and tear will be the financial responsibility of the Guest.
• The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Coastal Tide Escapes, LLC harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from use of the cart.
• The Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to third-party property during the rental period.

3. Care & Return

• The cart must be returned in the same condition as received.
• No smoking in or around the golf cart.
• The cart must be parked in the designated area at the property when not in use.
• Lost or damaged keys will be subject to a replacement fee.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Full payment is due at the time of this agreement.
• Rental fees are non-refundable once the cart has been delivered/made available.
• Pricing is based on the length of stay as confirmed by check-in and check-out dates provided.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bay County, Florida.
