2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents of all 50 states and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries accepted from July 6, 2026, 12:00 PM ET through August 3, 2026, 12:00 PM (noon) ET (online and in-person paid entries). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

(a) Paid entry: Complete the online entry form and submit payment of $10 per entry (bundles: 3/$25; 7/$50), or enter in person at a team game. Each $10 equals one (1) entry.

(b) Free entry (Alternate Method of Entry): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone, and email on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address in Section 1. Limit one (1) entry per card and per outer envelope; each must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 27, 2026 and received by August 1, 2026. Free entries receive one (1) chance each — the same as a single paid entry — and an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: a two (2) night stay for up to [9] guests at Coastal Tide Escapes, 217 Palmeras Marinas Ln, Unit 1, Panama City Beach, FL. Approximate retail value: $1,400. Restrictions: subject to availability and advance reservation; excludes holidays and the following blackout periods: Labor Day weekend (Sept 4–7, 2026); Thanksgiving week (Nov 23–29, 2026); the Christmas & New Year holidays (Dec 20, 2026–Jan 2, 2027); Spring Break (Mar 6–Apr 12, 2027); Memorial Day weekend (May 28–31, 2027); and peak summer (June 1–Aug 3, 2027); must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months of the draw date; not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold. Prize covers the two-night stay only and excludes taxes, cleaning fee (unless Sponsor states otherwise), travel, transportation, security deposit, the golf-cart add-on, and all other incidental costs, which are the winner’s responsibility. Winner and all guests must sign Sponsor’s standard rental agreement and meet minimum-age and occupancy requirements.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries (paid and free combined) received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days and must respond within 5 days to claim; otherwise an alternate winner may be drawn. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.

8. Taxes

The prize’s fair market value is taxable income to the winner, who is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or for technical failures. Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
