📅 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance

👥 Guests & Gatherings

  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property
  • No unapproved gatherings or parties allowed
  • Maximum 9 guests at any time

🔔 Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Please be respectful of neighbors at all times

🚫 Smoking & Pets

  • No smoking or vaping inside the property
  • Outdoor smoking only — please dispose of butts properly
  • No pets allowed on the property

🏠 Property Care

  • Wash all dishes before departure
  • Remove all trash and take to designated receptacles before check-out
  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving
  • Do not share the door access code with unauthorized persons
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay

🚗 Parking

  • 2 on-site parking spots available for registered guests
  • Additional guest parking available nearby

🚲 Golf Cart (Add-On)

  • Golf cart rental is an optional add-on — book via the Book Your Stay page
  • All golf cart renters must complete and sign the Golf Cart Agreement
  • The golf cart is a street-legal Low Speed Vehicle (LSV)
  • Valid driver's license required — no drivers under 21 years old
  • No reckless driving, no driving under the influence
📋 Agreement: By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all house rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
