⚠️ Important: All renters must read and sign this agreement before using the golf cart. This form is required to complete your golf cart rental.

Only the people listed below are permitted to operate the golf cart. Anyone not listed here may not drive the cart under any circumstances.

4 · Legal Obligations & Acknowledgment

  • Each authorized driver must be 16 years or older and hold a valid driver's license.
  • This is a street-legal Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) and may be operated on all LSV-legal roads in accordance with Florida law.
  • Maximum occupancy is 6 passengers at all times.
  • No operating the cart under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • All occupants must remain seated while the cart is in motion.
  • Drivers must obey all posted traffic laws, signage, and speed limits.
  • The cart must be locked and secured when not in use, and returned fully charged.
  • The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the golf cart or to any property caused during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement will be billed to the renter, with reimbursement due ASAP upon receipt of the bill.
  • The renter's own insurance is primary for any and all accidents, injuries, damage, or claims arising from use of the cart; any coverage of Coastal Tide Escapes LLC is secondary.
  • Coastal Tide Escapes LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the renter's or any authorized driver's use of the golf cart.

Agreement Terms:

By signing below, I (the Renter) agree to all terms and conditions of this Golf Cart Rental Agreement with Coastal Tide Escapes LLC. I confirm that every authorized driver listed is at least 16 years of age and holds a valid driver's license, and I understand that only listed drivers may operate the cart. I understand and accept full liability for any damage to the golf cart or to any property, and I agree that such costs will be billed to me with reimbursement due as soon as possible. I acknowledge that my own insurance is primary for all accidents, injuries, and claims. I agree that Coastal Tide Escapes LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by my use, or any authorized driver's use, of the golf cart. I have read and fully understand all terms of this agreement.
